To live and work with the poor and disadvantaged people of another country provides the type of classroom that no other study abroad experience can replicate. ELEP provides volunteers the opportunity to live and work side by side in Ecuador, South America with a host organization or community and local people on locally designed and driven projects. ELEP organizes and administers year round short and long term volunteer programs in international environments that encourage people to immerse themselves in a community in a unique and meaningful way.
